A safe space in Kenya

Where every child is seen, held, and celebrated.

Angaza is a school and children's home for children with autism. We build informed, compassionate communities in Kenya through caregiver training, awareness programs and family support networks.

"Angaza"

a Swahili word meaning to shine light

Our Mission

Building informed, compassionate communities for every family.

In Kenya, families of children with autism often walk alone β€” without guidance, without respite, without understanding. Angaza exists to change that. We provide a safe space for children, and we walk alongside parents, caregivers and communities with the training, awareness and support they need.

What We Do

Three pillars of support

Caregiver Training

Practical workshops that equip parents, teachers and community members with the skills to support children with autism at home and in school.

Awareness Programs

Community outreach that replaces stigma with understanding β€” meeting families, schools and churches where they are, with respect and patience.

Family Support Networks

Peer groups, respite care and one-on-oneι™ͺδΌ΄ for parents raising children with autism β€” because no family should walk this road alone.

Light a candle with us.

Whether you're a parent seeking support, a school that wants training, or a community ready to learn β€” we'd love to hear from you.
